A 19th century Victorian oil lamp having a frosted frilled shade with acid etched decoration, over a clear moulded glass reservoir held upon a column base of Doric form with gadrooning at the ebonised metal base. Measures 69cm tall. Shade has a crack measuring approximately 16mm at the rim.
