Two large Dresden porcelain column table lamps of matching design but differing decoration, 20th century, One painted with en grisaille river landscapes on a diaper ground the other in with bands of floral garlands within pink borders, each lamp on a square base with scroll feet. 59 cm and 65 cm high.The porcelain of the lamps are in good order. I am unsure as to the electrical integrity of the lamps and they should be checked before they are used.

A GEORGE V SILVER CREAM JUG by Roberts & Belk Ltd, Sheffield 1912, of tapering faceted form with reel pattern rim and girdle, raised on a stepped and reeded circular foot. 13cm high, 5.7 troy ouncesMarks clear and well struck. Also struck with trademark R&B 'genie lamp' to base. Stands upright - foot misshapen so significant rocking to base. Engraved with retailer 'Z. BARRACLOUGH & SONS / SILVERSMITHS / LEEDS' to underside. Minor dings to faceted body. Light surface marks and scratches commensurate with age and use.

Lot 160
Large Chinese celadon stoneware baluster vase on an crackle glaze ground with elephant mask ring handles on a ornately carved hardwood base. 58cm high approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT) the vase has been drilled through the base, probably for conversion into a lamp, which has left a few hairline cracks. The base has been treated with a brown wash.
