A 1960s probably Italian tubular chrome standard lamp, of lower curved form, having adjustable rotating integral shade, on black burnished cast metal base, h.185cm Condition Report / Extra Information No apparent damage or losses. Requires re-wiring. Chrome is tarnished throughout. Black base with some scuffs. Otherwise good.

A Clarice Cliff "Fantasque" pattern baluster shaped vase, decorated in yellows, oranges, blue and greens and retailed by Lawleys, Regent Street, bearing black Clarice Cliff mark to base "Hand-painted Fantasque by Clarice Cliff Wilkinson Limited England" and bearing gilt "Lawleys" retailer's mark and incised number "124" (drilled for table lamp fitting), together with a cream shade and a small lampshade painted with a "Fantasque" type design, 22 cm CONDITION REPORTS Vase later drilled with old lot sticker to base, old Christies sticker to base, lot 108 22nd May 1998 sale. Some small scratches to the glaze. Crazing to the glaze. General signs of wear and tear. Shade is associated, and has been painted in a similar design.
A Benson & Co. brass and copper oil lamp with clear glass funnel on a copper reservoir marked "Benson & Co. New Bond Street, London", the brass filler cap marked "JAS Benson", the copper body raised on three brass legs, 30.5 cm high not including funnel CONDITION REPORTS The burner is marked Hinkins & Sons Patent. The winder is marked Benson & Co Bond Street London. There are signs of rubbing throughout and wear. The main body has one or two small knocks. Appears to be in used but sound condition.
19th century American microscope oil lamp by Holmes, Booth and Hayden, cased, 27cm high CONDITION REPORT: Crack to glass oil reservoir Otherwise in a condition commensurate with age. The crack is high in the reservoir so as long as it is not filled above 80-90% mark it should be fine. The crack does not appear to leak.
