All brass parts with even patination/tarnishing throughout. Bakelite and marble in generally good clean condition. The light switch to shade is possibly a later adaptation. The bulb holder has been replaced and would require tightening as it currently sits fairly loose within the uplighter shade.

Similar to his contemporary Demétre Chiparus, he specialized in female figures and dancers. He exhibited at the Paris Salon between 1918 to 1935.Condition Report: Overall general surface wear to include scratches and scuffs. Item was originally a lamp, with remnants of old wiring. Silvering is badly tarnished. Ivory has yellowed. Figure is is missing both hands and has only one alabaster water barrel which is damaged. The base with general surface degradation, with small chips and losses and one larger chip to corner of bottom tier.

A 20th century French Louis XVI revival six arm chandelier alongside a gesso side table lamp. The chandelier having six fluted arms, extruding from a circular body, with rounded finial from bottom. The lamp having a barley twist manner central column, with gilt body. Measures approx. 120cm x 88cm x 88cm.
