A 19th century Doulton Lambeth stoneware oil lamp base, scarfitto decorated by Edith Lupton, with brass mounts21cm highCondition report: Looks to be intact, although we have not removed the metal frame to examine it. There is no insert for the reservior. Generally dirty and the metal is tarnished.
A large and ornate 19th century oil lamp, with an opaque glass column, brass scrolled mounts and a cut glass reservoir78cm highCondition report: The glass column appears to be intact, althoigh we have not removed it, but the gilt is worn. The metal base and top look complete, but the metal is dirty and tarnished. There is the screw in fitting for the top missing, but appears to be a standard size, so sould be replaced. The glass reservoir has fine surface marks all over, but no other visible damage.
An Arts and Crafts copper and brass oil lamp, in the manner of W A S Benson, circa 1900, with a frilled green vaseline glass shade, on a stylised petal baseCondition report: Looks to be complete, although is dirty and tarnished. Shade is dirty and has light scratches, but is otherwise undamaged.
An unusual late 19th century Arts and Crafts copper and brass oil lamp, in the form of a crane amongst reeds, with a copper reservoir, relief decorated with flowers, with an etched yellow glass shade, on a lily pad base67cm highCondition report: Dirty. Has been soldered around the underside of the base. A leaf is missing on the stem and the tip of another and maybe some of the stem. The bird was joined to the foliage, but this has come away. The reservoir appears to not be split, but it is not easy to see well and is slightly misshapen. The shade is good quality and undamaged.
A pair of early 20th century cut glass table lamp bases, each in the form of a Corinthian column, with brass mounts (2)40cm highCondition report: Both appear to be complete and undamaged. The metal is very dull, dirty and tarnished. Each has a thread on the top to take a light fitting, which is not present. They are not currently wired. The metal weighted base is rusted underneath.
