Ferruccio Laviani; a Kartell FL/Y green tinted Perspex globular form ceiling light, diameter approx 50cm and a further Tiffany-style leaded stained glass table lamp (af) (2). CONDITION REPORT The Kartell ceiling lamp has various light scratches throughout, with one more significant scratch to the side, approx 8cm long. Other slightly more significant scratches throughout. The bracket on the table lamp leaves the shade sitting at a slight angle. Both sold electrically untested.

A bisque plaster-effect white baluster table lamp with decorative gilt swag, on a Classical column stand with gilt-heightened swag decoration to square base, height of whole approx 80cm, a further matching table lamp and a cream composite table lamp in the romantic French style, the column with two playful putti, one with basket of roses, one with bouquet of roses tied with ribbon, to a circular stepped base, height 43cm (3).

A large 0-gauge model of a railway station, reputed to be a station on the Severn Valley Railway, extending to sidings and the edge of a town, including a fish and chip shop 'Pratts', a locomotive shed, water bowser, coal bunkers, station master's cottage, level cossing, garage etc, complete with lamps, signals and vehicles, some damage and losses, in sections and raised on trestle supports, approximately 490cm long x 46cm deep, with carrying case, fitted for rolling stock, includes control panel, transformer etc. (qty)Condition report: Some damage, including one metal lamp post - lantern broken-off and another lacking lantern. Chips, dents and scratches consistent with usage. Playworn.Losses, including some paving slabs and some vacant holes indicate some track-side 'props' are missing.In working order in saleroom, but not extensively tested. Points appear to function, but need re-commissioning/restoring.

Various items of collectible pottery to include an early 20th century painted plaster bust depicting a young girl land worker wearing head scarf, on square base, with impressed decoration of buildings and scrolls, height 32cm, a 1920s/30s teapot of typical form decorated with an all-over scene depicting a land worker on stile chatting to local milkmaid, on rural woodland path, the lid with round finial also decorated with cows, marked 'England' to the base, a Maling floral lustre tube-line lamp base, height 19cm and an Adams baluster-shaped rose bowl of Classical design with applied white Romanesque relief and swags, height 16cm (4). CONDITION REPORT The bust has chip to the underside of the front bonnet and to various places at the back. Possible repair to the neck. Several chips to the plaster to the base. The teapot has various cracks to the base. Maling appears ok. Adams bowl has a couple of nibbles/tiny chips to the foot rim.

Lot 245

MOORCROFT; a baluster table lamp, cream and pale blue ground with tube-lined cherry blossom, height 20.5cm. CONDITION REPORT There are no obvious signs of restoration, but there are quite a number of cracks to the glaze.

Lot 253

A quantity of mainly Oriental ware to include a cylindrical vase white ground with hand painted decoration of chrysanthemums and prunus blossom, height 31cm, a large blue and white ginger jar with foliate and floral decoration within two blue bands, a Japanese plate with mythical figures, a large flow blue decorative egg, two English ironstone flow blue plates in the Imari palette, a large blue and white baluster vase with flora, bird and insect decoration, etc. CONDITION REPORT The large baluster vase has some minor firing imperfections and a little bit of running to the glaze. Generally grubby. The plates have light surface scratching and minor wear throughout. The egg is in ok condition, with minor imperfections to the glaze. The large lidded ginger jar is grubby, but overall ok condition. The hexagonal sleeve vase has some running to the glaze decoration near the top lip, again grubby, minor wear to the foot rim. The square section blue and white vase appears ok, minor rubbing to the foot rim and minor firing imperfections to the top lip. The blue and white baluster lamp base appears grubby with light surface scratches, rubbing to the foot rim. The fish bowl has rubbing to the foot rim and some overspill from the white glaze, minor firing imperfections throughout. Overall ok condition, with no obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.
