A 19TH CENTURY CHINESE CANTONESE PORCELAIN VASE, decorated in typical palette with figures, animals and butterflies, gilded shi-shi lions to the neck, 19 1/2 ins high, converted to a table lamp and a larger DITTO, with all over bird, butterfly and roundel decoration, 25 1/2 ins high, both a.f. (2).
A Chinese vase as a table lamp with panel designs of figures on a green and yellow ground, 38 cms. high including wooden base and cover together with another Chinese jar decorated with children on a white ground decorated with flowers and leaves in bright colours, 30 cms. high to include wooden cover and hardwood stand.
A table lamp designed by Ove Sandeberg for Kosta circa 1970. The lamp having a cylindrical foot rising to a deeper cylindrical main body. The whole cased with clear over a deep grey and cut back to the interior and exterior with abstract over lapped owls in satin against a polished ground, engraved signature to the base with number 1650, height 11".
A late 19th Century Stourbridge glass oil lamp and shade. The base having a large blue and aventurine paraffin reservoir with fissured and silver fleck detail over the pale blue ground. The base set to four clear crystal feet with piped and drawn design together with a pair of applied arched and crimped crystal handles. The whole set with a brass Hicks patent burner and large shade with frilled rim and graduated deep amber tint over the frosted foliate ground, height 13.5".
A large Victorian lamp work display group under glass. The group detailed with a large exotic blown and lamp worked bird with fan thread wings in white, blue and pink resting to a flowering tree raised above two further birds. The three surrounding a fountain group in clear crystal with assorted small birds and flowers falling to a crystal tissue ground with a pair of white stags. The whole set with a rectangular base with stepped block feet and fixed high arched dome, possibly Bristol and Stourbridge, height 19".
A pair of Wedgwood black basalt Greco-Roman style oil lamps, late 18th/early 19th century, one surmounted by the seated figure of a lady in classical drapery and a flower moulded oval lid, above a navette-shaped body crisply moulded with acanthus leaves, flowers, acorns and oak leaves, on a fluted circular pedestal and a separate square canted plinth with steel thread and square brass nut, one lamp with losses to the figure's arm and fingers, the other lamp with extensive damage and losses to the figure, cover and wick holder, impressed upper case mark only, 22.5cm long From the estate of the late Miss Sheila and Miss Muriel Raeburn
