Mostly bearing P G White Collection labels. (2) (B.P. 21% + VAT) Swansea cups - dull tone to one cup, the other two appear OK. Cider mug - badly cracked. Cup and cover - cracked. Pair of two vintage bronze or brass torchiere floor lamps with frosted emerald green glass shades, 20th century. With etched geometric motifs along the glass shades and pierced foliate designs along the base and the upper and lower parts of the stem.(Each) Height: 70 in x diameter: 10 1/2 in.Condition: There are a few small chips to both glass shades, mainly along the lower rim. Wear and discoloration to both lamps. One of the lampshade screws on one lamp is bent. There is a dent to the pierced decoration of one lamp. A few small dents to the lower pierced decoration. Chips to the edges of both bases. Wiring and lighting not tested.

Enameled metal base and stem surmounted by a flared shade.Height: 65 1/4 in x diameter: 11 1/2 in.Condition: The lamp has been tested and works. The floor switch works. The item is structurally sound and stable. There are some areas of light soiling throughout the lamp. No major losses or breaks.
A large Japanese bronze ‘crane’ hanging lamp, 19th century, the crane modelled in-flight with outstretched wings and trailing legs, carrying a vessel on its back, suspended from chains, 64cm longBoth of the legs are loose where it joins the body one with evidence of an old solder repair which isn’t that obvious when it’s pushed in fully but one of the talons on the crane’s foot is missing, typical minor casting imperfections, one of the attachments at the end of the chain has snapped so this would need to be replaced, otherwise in reasonable condition. A Chinese gilt decorated blue ground vase, Hu, Guangxu mark and of the period (1875-1908), gilt decorated with a bird perched on blossoming branches, the reverse with a river landscape scene, remnants of inscriptions to the neck, underglaze blue six character mark to the base, 30cm high, the base later drilled for a lampThe base of the vase has been drilled for a lamp fitting, the hole with splinter chips on the underside and large splinter losses to the interior. There is wear to the gilt decoration in places, otherwise in reasonable condition. A Chinese blue glazed baluster vase, Yongzheng six character mark and probably of the period (1723-35), with white glazed rim and interior, the base with underglaze blue six character mark ‘Da Qing Yongzheng nian zhi’, within a double circle, 38.5cm high, base later drilled Discovered by the vendor 20 years ago, mounted as a lamp. He removed the lamp fittings at the time revealing a drilled hole to the base through the six character mark and some scuffing and scratching around the area, some scratching around the rim and inside of the neck where the mount has been removed. A Mamluk enamelled glass mosque lamp made for Sayf ad-Din Sarghitmish ibn Abdullah an-Nasiri (d. 1358) Egypt or Syria, 1351-1358 AD of typical form, the rounded angular body with flaring conical mouth, six applied loop handles around the body, decorated in blue, red, white and green enamel with a band of inscription in thuluth on a ground of vegetal interlace to the upper body, the neck with scrolling tendrils overlaid with inscriptions in thuluth all interspersed by three roundels consisting of circular blazons surrounded by bands of vegetal motifs, the lower neck with a band of vegetal interlace overlaid with alternating flower-filled roundels and scalloped cartouches, the lower body with three roundels consisting of circular blazons surrounded by bands of vegetal motifs interspersed by partial lobed cartouches filled with vegetal interlace, the later foot with remains of painted vegetal decoration 38.5 cm. high For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com
