A Victorian Corinthian column brass and yellow glass oil lamp, double wick with flared floral etched shade. 69 cm high to include glass chimney (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: There is no visible damage to the font or drill holes in the base. We have also looked for hairline cracks but can see none. The width of the shade where it sits on the burner is 11 cm. There is one small chip to the base of the shade.
A Victorian porcelain and brass double wick oil lamp, with floral painted column on a circular base, with clear and cranberry glass coloured flared glass shade. 56 cm high including chimney. CONDITION REPORT: This oil lamp has losses of decoration, gilding and some small chips to the rim of the base. Overall the ceramic body shows signs of wear with the decorative pattern rubbed and worn in places. The reservoir is detachable and on inspection is intact. Above that is the double wick mechanism which appears in reasonable working order but with plenty of signs of wear and tear. The shade itself has numerous obvious and easy to see chips to the rim of the base inline with use. The glass chimney is also intact but again with low level chipping to the bottom rim.
A 19th century cut glass oil lamp base, with brass Corinthian capital and square base. Height 45 cm. CONDITION REPORT: There are areas of loss to the glass column, these are apparent where it meets the brass divide on top of the dome. The column is also not securely fastened to its base. Much of the brass is discoloured and pitted. One corner to the top of the Corinthian column has received a blow and is bent. The glass top itself is misshapen and has serious losses. There is a drill hole to the side of the rectangular brass base for electrical wires.

A Victorian brass oil lamp, with blue and floral decorated opaline glass column, double wick with globular etched shade. 69 cm high including glass chimney. CONDITION REPORT: Both the shade and chimney are in good order with no significant issues. There are no cracks and only the usual very minor nibbles around the rims. The burner mechanism appears to be complete but we cannot tell whether it is operating correctly as there are no wicks in situ. The reservoir is in good condition with no chips or cracks. The same comments apply to the blue base. The black ceramic integral plinth has one very small under edge chip.
A Chinese porcelain figure Guan Yin, as table lamp. Height figure only 38 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The figure is in reasonably good condition but does have some minor issues. There are very minor nibbles to the tops of the petals on the lily and lotus flower. The right hand is missing the thumb end and the left hand one finger tip. Around the base there is one bud or petal missing and other extremely minor nibbles to the leaf edges. There is no restoration and there do not appear to be any hairline cracks.

A Victorian brass and ceramic oil lamp, with double wick, decorated with floral and fruit designs with chimney and etched glass shade. 61 cm high including glass chimney. CONDITION REPORT: The chimney has cracks and a loss. The shade is in very good condition with no cracks or significant chips. There are the usual small nibbles around the top and bottom edges. Only one of these in the top could really be called a small chip. The upper section of the reservoir above the brown edge line has been overpainted in places. We think that this is covering discolouration but cannot be sure what lies beneath the paint. The glass section beneath is in good order. The wick mechanism operates as it should. The ceramic base is in good order. The stepped glass section to the bottom has surface scuffs and is a little dirty. The gilding is rubbed. There are no chips.

The globular glass shade has occasional small chips to the lower rim, the glass chimney has a noticeable 1 cm chip to the top and again small chips to its circular base.
