A pair of Sevres style porcelain and gilt metal electric table lamps, each modelled as a slender ormolu-mounted cobalt blue oviform vase of flowers, having a pair of bifurcated acanthus scroll handles united by a floral swag front and back, the four bulb sockets of each lamp supported on glass faux-candles (some losses) emerging from a mass of naturalistically modelled foliage with blossom, second quarter 20th Century, approx 60 cm to top of highest sockets

A piriform hanging lamp of tiered design with three brackets, bands of slash and guilloche ornament; three bells beneath, three chains extending to a central loop with biconical bead and openwork sphere pendant; assay marks to the rim of a cat (used for silver, 1916-1946 AD) with capital 'G' (1932-1933) and Arabic mark for .600 purity. 153 grams, 39cm (15 1/4"). King Edward VIII', crowned shield with script 'E' and legend 'Long May He Reign', to the underside 'Diamond China England'; teacup and saucer each with photographic portraits in cartouches with foliage, crown above '1937 / Coronation', 'HM King George VI' and 'HM Queen Elizabeth', 'Long May They Reign', crown over 'GRVI' between flags, to the underside of the saucer 'Midwinter Porcelon Birslem England'; squat mug with portraits within the garter with legend, oakleaves and acorns, 'Dieu et mon Droit' legend on a scroll, 'Coronation of King George VI.Queen Elizabeth. May 1937' to the rim, 'GE' monogram within a wreath with crown, to the underside 'Official design of the British Pottery Manufacturers' Federation' with union flag and garter, 'Mintons, England' and 'Made in England'; a broad dish with purple detailing, central portraits beneath a crown with flags, legend 'George VII Elizabeth Coronation' on a scroll beneath, marked 'Ivory England' with an oil lamp to the underside. 1.1 kg, 7.5-23cm (3 - 9").
