May 1937' to the rim, 'GE' monogram within a wreath with crown, to the underside 'Official design of the British Pottery Manufacturers' Federation' with union flag and garter, 'Mintons, England' and 'Made in England'; a broad dish with purple detailing, central portraits beneath a crown with flags, legend 'George VII Elizabeth Coronation' on a scroll beneath, marked 'Ivory England' with an oil lamp to the underside. 1.1 kg, 7.5-23cm (3 - 9").
