Mordan & Co No.92 and with registration lozenge for 23rd October 1873, length when open 11.5cm Propelling action does not appear to fully work although this is most probably not serious as all parts are present - General condition consistent with age **

(3) EARLY ITALIAN PRICKETS - Pair of 18th c Polychrome and Gilt Wood Carved Pricket Candlesticks, on three-footed foliate plinths with urn form stem, 25 1/2" tall, excluding original iron spikes, 8" wide at base, wormage, loss to finish, loss to one foot; PLUS Single Large 19th c Pricket, converted to electric lamp in the 1920s, having polychrome gilt finish, featuring three Gryphons at base, ornate foliate baluster form column surrounded by three fully dimensional putti joined by laurel swags, 30 3/4" tall pricket only, 11 1/2" wide at base, 43" tall overall, very good condition, minor losses to finish.
