A Chinese porcelain water bowl and stand, Qianlong seal mark, 20th century, the moulded octagonal bowl externally decorated against a yellow ground with winged phoenix's interspersed with Chrysanthemum sprays, green glazed interior, 23cm wide, on a carved hardwood stand CONDITION REPORT: Stained interior. Decoration to the foot rim appears rather crude. Unglazed gritty foot rim. No obvious cracks or restoration.

Surface scratching and signs of enamel wear visible. Decoration appears good. Some gilt wear and pitting. One meat plate shows some glaze pooling to the inner blue border.

Section to rim re-glued. x1 bowl- Chip to rim with descending stained hairline crack. x1 bowl- stained hairline cracks to the underside. x1 bowl- Two-section crack to rim re-glued. All showing some surface scratches and pitting. Rims with some surface chipping and glaze grazes throughout.
A Chinese porcelain Republic period bottle vase, Qianlong sealmark, decorated externally with a continuous band depicting an extensive mountainous and lakeside landscape with trees, boats, pagodas and figures, within two blue and white formal foliate scroll borders, the neck decorated with stiff leaf and yun wen decoration, unglazed footrim, blue sealmark to underside, 33cm high CONDITION REPORT: Generally good condition. No obvious signs of chips, cracks or restoration. The foot rim has a small stained firing crack. Some light signs of pitting. Dirty and dusty interior. Pitted sections to the glaze. Foot rim is rather crude and chipped. Base with drilled central section. Base with stained hairline cracks. Surface scratches visible. Diameters; 14.3cm, 10cm, 8.7cm, and 6.1cm.Large example is good and original.Second largest with approx. 2x2mm chip to outside edge of top rim with further fine hairline running downwards.Second smallest appears good, no apparent faults.Smallest with approx. 4mm fine loss to upper inside edge of top rim, resulting in further fine hairline crack.
