Large Chinese porcelain and polychrome floor standing vase, decorated with panels of birds in an exotic garden, against a pale green ground filled with scrolling flowering vine, chrysanthemum head borders to the shoulder and baseline, 64cm, old damages.Condition report:There is a 10cm x 4cm length of the rim that has historically been broken and the old glue has weakened so the chip is once again loose. There are other networks of hairlines running throughout the body, more noticeable against the white grounds of the panels.
Chinese porcelain and polychrome decorated figure of a merchant rice vendor, 20cm.Condition report:Slight chip to the corner of the trailing robe behind the right foot. No other evident chips or restoration. The pale blue glaze hasn't taken evenly with patches missing on the robe arms and back. There are numerous glaze scratches to the blue head scarf. Other random firing imperfections.
