A Chinese Kangxi (1662-1722) blue and white ginger jar with pierced hardwood cover and stand. Ground in cracked ice and blossom heads, with shaped reserves containing precious objects. Marked with two concentric rings. Porcelain 21cm (3). Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Long crack from the top rim. No other notable damage. No restoration.
Two Chinese crackle glazed vases with metal mounted rims and raised on hardwood plinths. Decorated in green and brown enamels, one with a cockerel amidst flowers and the other a typical river landscape with buildings, 44cm (4). Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. One wooden base split. No repair to the porcelain. Metal rims possibly hide fritting.
A 17th century Chinese wucai sleeve vase on pierced and carved hardwood stand. Well decorated with archaic vases and vessels of different forms containing peonies, prunus blossom, feathers and pomegranates, porcelain 36cm (2). Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Neck broken and with a 19th century staple repair. Some pieces re glued. Tiny fragments lost. The body in good condition. The glaze and enamels in very good order.
A 20th century decorative Chinese hardwood table screen. Set with a rectangular porcelain plaque painted with birds perched in fruiting peach trees. Character marks and honorific Longqing seal, 67cm high. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Section of the fretwork broken of and retained. Porcelain in good condition.
Two 19th century Chinese blue and white jars with covers, one decorated with panels of figures and flowers, one decorated with birds, Prunus and Phoenix. Also a Chinese porcelain double gourd vase decorated with figures playing with musical instrument in coloured enamels with four character mark. Height 35cm. (3)
A near-matching pair of Chinese blue and white porcelain Gu beaker vases in the Kangxi manner with flared rims, decorated with exotic pheasant amongst foliage and sprays and flowers, raised on a circular foot, the base bearing twin ring blue under-glazed mark, 25.6 cm high and 26.2 cm high (2) CONDITION REPORTS Both have various firing faults and are a slightly creamy / browny colour. A pair of Chinese porcelain gourd-shaped vases decorated with flowering and fruiting peach trees, raised on a circular foot, bearing faux Yongzheng seal marks, probably circa 1900, 20.7 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Both have firing faults.
