A pair of 20thC Chinese cloisonne vases, of shouldered form, decorated with leaves and flowers, 16cm high, a Chinese porcelain jar and cover, with dog of fo finial, decorated with prunus on a cracked ice ground, 18cm high, and an Oriental porcelain vase of baluster form, decorated in blue and white with figures between brown matte bands, 18cm high, (4).
18th/19th century Chinese porcelain ginger jar and cover, originally overall with under glazed blue decoration, with continuous designs of dragons chasing flaming pearls, storks, boats, pagodas in lake landscapes and mountains, later over gilded and decorated (clobbered). unmarked. 25cm high approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT) Appearing in good condition overall, rather grubby. The cover has adhesive stains on it suggesting sellotape has been applied to it at some stage, but does not appear to be structurally damaged. The main body of the vase appearing good.
A pair of 19th Century Chinese porcelain Canton famille rose figural floor vases with panels of courtiers on an elaborate ground of flowers, butterflies and precious objects. 62cm high approx. (2) (B.P. 21% + VAT) Both have rim chips. One has a substantial hairline crack to the neck and going down through the body.
