AN 18TH CENTURY CHINESE PORCELAIN CHOCOLATE POT AND COVER decorated in coloured enamels with a duck and vase of flowers, damages and loss to the rim of the pot and lid, together with two Chinese porcelain bowls, the larger 22.5cm diameter, a porcelain saucer, a pair of plates with scalloped edges and a blue and white plate decorated with flowers Condition: the chocolate pot with hairline crack running round from the handle beneath the spout then up to the rim where these is a chip and damages with associated loss, the lid with a shallow chip beneath the edge, small chip to the tip of the spout, the enamel decoration and gilding in reasonable condition; the smaller bowl with wear to the gilded surfaces and hairline cracks; the larger famille rose bowl with some wear to the gilding and tiny chips to the rim otherwise in good condition; the small saucer has some wear to the gilding otherwise in reasonable condition; the pair of plates with hairline cracks and some losses to the edges, wear to the enamel decoration etc; the blue and white plate with some clobbered decoration, large section of the edge broken and reglued with associated crack and some losses to the edge
