Otherwise in good condition.- Canton vase: Large piece has been off and has a glued repair, with some glue residue around the repair - there is a rim chip to one end of this break.- Tea bowls: One with tiny rim frit. Otherwise good.- Ginger jar: No cover. Good condition.- Celadon saucers: Good condition. Gilt wear to rims.- Famille rose dish: Good condition.- Famille rose vase cover: Good condition - gilt wear to finial.

(27.3cm.) diameter, the other 10¼in. (26cm.) diameter. (2) * Condition: Both with gilt wear throughout. One with a line of hard water residue to the inside, approx. 1in. below the rim. Some flaking and scratches to exterior enamels in places.

(3) * Condition: - Punch bowl: Good condition, with no chips, cracks or restoration. Minor wear to interior decoration and glaze scratching. Gilt wear throughout.- Vases: Small rim chip and hairline to one vase. The other in good condition.

A Chinese porcelain blue and white 'lotus scroll' vase, Qing dynasty, possibly Jiaqing period (1796-1820), the heavily potted vase of stout, baluster form, with short vertical neck and flared foot, painted with lotus scroll decoration between ruyi and lappet borders, the neck with a further band of ruyi decoration, 14in. (35.5cm.) high, with later hardwood cover and stand. (3)* Provenance: Chinese Arts & Crafts (HK) Ltd., 1997, with certificate * Condition: Three glaze chips and some glaze wear & burst glaze bubbles to edge of foot. Star crack to glaze to base, but this is not visible inside the vase. Some glaze scratches to exterior and scattered glaze flaws from firing throughout. No other chips, cracks or restoration.

(17) * Condition: Pair plates: One with three restored chips/hairlines to rim. The other with a hairline to rim. Both with some wear to decoration.- Bowl: Good condition, with some glaze rubbing to interior.- Saucers: Five in good condition. One (with underglaze blue line to rim) with heavy flaking to painted decoration. One with large rim chip. Two with smaller glaze frits to rim and one of these with some flaking from enamel.Small dishes: Two with no damage but some wear to decoration. One with large rim chip, one with two rim chips. The last with one tiny frit to rim.

A large Chinese blue and white porcelain 'double happiness' vase, probably late Qing dynasty, Tongxhi period (1862-1874), of baluster form with cupped rim and two twin-kylin handles, painted with Shuang Xi double happiness symbols on a dense ground of lotus scrolls, the shoulder with four bats flying amidst cloud scrolls, the rim with Greek key band, 23¼in. (59cm.) high.* Provenance: Chinese Arts & Crafts (HK) Ltd., 1997, with certificate * Condition: 1in long glaze chip to rim, plus another smaller nearby. Some glaze loss to raised detail on the two kylin handles. Pre-firing manufacturing chip inside the footrim, and heavy glaze scratching to two of the double happiness symbols on opposing sides of the vase.

A large Chinese blue and white porcelain 'double happiness' vase, probably late Qing dynasty, Tongxhi period (1862-1874), of baluster form with cupped rim and two twin-kylin handles, painted with Shuang Xi double happiness symbols on a dense ground of lotus scrolls, the shoulder with four bats flying amidst cloud scrolls, the rim with Greek key band, 24in. (61cm.) high.* Provenance: Chinese Arts & Crafts (HK) Ltd., 1997, with certificate * Condition: Good condition, with a few small firing cracks to the glaze on the base and one handle. No chips, cracks or restoration.

A Chinese blue and white porcelain fish bowl, 19th century, circular form, painted with two long bodied dragons amidst peony blooms, keywork and ruyi head and prunus bands above, a band of tumultuous waves to the base, the flattened rim with prunus decoration, 12in. (30.5cm.) high, 15in. (38cm.) diameter, restored. * Condition: A large star of significant cracks to the outside of the bowl, centred by a large chip which has been filled and crudely repainted to match the decoration. The cracks spreading from this point vary from 3in. to 16in. long. They show to both the exterior and interior, with old overpainting to disguise the cracks to the interior.

A Chinese blue and white porcelain fish bowl, 19th century, painted with a mountainous landscape with a village on a lake shore, below bands of Green key decoration and bats amidst cloud scrolls below the rim, the base with a diaper band with lotus and chrysanthemum flowerheads, the flattened rim with prunus decoration, 11¾in. (29.8cm.) high, 14½in. (36.8cm.) diameter, broken with glued repair. * Condition: The bowl has been broken into two around the centre of the body, with old glue cement repairs. The repair has been well executed, although the porcelain has 'sprung' slightly, causing a slight lip at the joins. There is a tiny flake from the edge of one of the cracks to the exterior.

A large Chinese blue and white porcelain fish bowl, 19th / early 20th century, painted with seven boys in a fenced garden, on the shores of a lake, above a band of lappets to the base, a band of clouds and leafy scrolls below the rim, the flattened rim painted with floral diaper decoration, 13 3/8in. (34cm.) high, 15 3/8in. (39cm.) diameter. * Condition: A number of burst glaze bubbles and flaws, and kiln dust & rust spots to glaze throughout. Some glaze scratching to the exterior.

A large Chinese blue and white porcelain fish bowl, probably 19th century, painted with various birds, winged insects and a cricket amidst various blossoming branches including peonies, prunus, hydrangeas and others, above a band of lappets, a band of scrolls and ruyi head and prunus pendants below the rim, 16in. (40.5cm.) high, 18¼in. (46.5cm.) diameter, broken and restored. * Condition: There is a large break to the one side of the bowl, extending from the base to the rim, with well executed restoration with some repainting to the decoration along the breaks, to the exterior and interior of the bowl.

A large Chinese famille rose verte porcelain fish bowl, probably 19th century, circular form, painted with two peacocks and other birds and a prunus tree issuing from rockwork, amidst various flowers including peonies and chrysanthemums, below a band with four small reserves with mountain landscapes, the eight auspicous Buddhistic symbols and flowering vines, slimmer diaper and toothed floral and foliate bands above, the base with a band of red flower heads on a diaper ground, 15½in. (39.5cm.) high, 18in. (45.75cm.) diameter, extensively broken and repaired; with a later hardwood stand. (2) * Condition: The bowl has been extensively broken and glued and stapled back together, with some large chips from the breaks to two points on the rim and some chips and smaller flakes missing from along the breaks to the exterior. The interior and the base have been extensively overpainted with pale blue paint, with heavy flaking to this paint around and above the base inside the bowl.

A Chinese export blue and white porcelain small platter, 18th / early 19th century, of shaped oval form, painted with a lake landscape with two figures on a bridge, within a floral pendant, diaper and cellwork border, 13in. (33cm.) long; together with small covered tureen with octagonal stand, painted with a lake landscape within multiple borders, with pig mask handles, the cover with foliate finial, 11 5/8in. (29.5cm.) long, tureen restored; a larger shaped platter painted with flowers and pomegranates, 15¾in. (40cm.) long, cracked; and a large tureen (lacks cover), with pig mask handles, painted with a lake landscape. (6) * Condition: - Oval platter: Small glaze chip and a few tiny glaze frits to rim. No other faults.- Tureen & stand: The stand in good condition, with just a burst glaze bubble (firing flaw) to the rim. The tureen and cover have been broken and restored - this work is old and although well executed, there is now discolouration to the white paint used to disguise the break lines inside the base and cover.- Large platter: Has a large crack across approx. three quarter of the plate. There is some glaze scratching to the well.- Larger tureen base: One of the pigs' ears is missing and there is a large star crack to the base, which does show to the interior.

(20cm.) high. * Condition: In good condition with no faults.

Two Chinese porcelain covered bowls, 20th century, of scalloped form with conforming domed covers with top finials, one painted with dense gilt floral decoration on an iron red ground, one with Canton style millefeur decoration, 6¼in. (15.8cm.) high, one cover repaired; together with a similar miniature covered bowl, 3¼in. (8.25cm.) high; and a miniature covered bowl of globular form with polychrome peony and lotus flower decoration. (4) * Condition: All in good condition, with light gilt wear, apart from the larger Canton style bowl, which a large repaired break to the cover, with chips missing from the ends of the break.

(45.75cm.) high plus fittings; together with an octagonal baluster vase, painted with iron red lotus decoration, on hardwood base, 13¼in. (33.7cm.) high plus fittings. (2) * Condition: Both in good condition, with no damage. The lamps have not been tested and will require rewiring or checking by a qualified electrician prior to use.
