λA 19th century Chinese Canton carved ivory needlecase, 3Ύin (9.3cm) long, a small Chinese porcelain crackle glaze pot, a 19th century French white metal and mother of pearl eye glass, inscribed `Mr Boileau`, a 19th century mother of pearl and ivory aide memoire, a pair of gilt brass buckles, a Japanese cloisonnι inro, a vegetable ivory acorn thimble case, a white metal filigree model of a rocking chair, a modern enamel egg box, and a miniature model of a rickshaw. A Chinese blue and white porcelain quintal bulb vase, modern, decorated with dragons, bearing four character mark of Kangxi, 33cm high; and a Chinese enamelled porcelain hexagonal baluster vase, late 19th century, decorated with ruyi and lotus, 28cm high (2) Vase 1 - small firing glaze fault, otherwise good. Vase 2 - restored.
A pair of Chinese porcelain monochrome cylinder vases, ruby grounds incised with phoenix, peony, leaves and tendrils, same four character overglaze blue enamel mark of Yonghenz but 20th century, 14.6cm high (restorations) Worn rims and restored interiors, one a slightly different colour from the other.
A Chinese porcelain famille rose large vase, 20th century, with elephant head and ring handles, richly enamelled and printed with a continuous frieze of immortals amongst clouds and repeat formal foliate bands, rubber stamped seal mark, 51cm high The rubbing of the gilding (particularly the ring handles) is scuffing, but otherwise structurally sound.
A Chinese table screen, early 20th century, the rectangular panel worked with Daoist immortal and strings of cash coins beneath a cliff, 59cm high (cracked, stand lacking one supporting panel) Porcelain panel - vertical hairline crack running along it`s length. Stand - has one bracket to the upright missing.
A Chinese Canton decorated porcelain large baluster vase and cover, late 19th century, with typical rich figurative and foliate decoration, with lion mask and ring integral handles, 68.5cm high (restored), on a modern Chinese carved wood and marble inlaid stand, 87cm high overall Chip to the fo dog finial on the domed cover. The whole neck of the vase appears to have been restored. General rubbing of gilding (some quite heavy around the main cartouche panels and handles).
