A Chinese European taste porcelain coffee or chocolate pot, Qinalong, of pear shape with domed cover, moulded bracket handle and cornucopia spout, painted 'en grisaille' with scenes of a courting couple at a waterfront enjoying a drink while a winged putti looks on, flanked by landscape vignettes to shaped reserves edged in iron red against a dense ground of gilt scrolling foliage, 23.5cm high (rim repaired).
A Chinese Cizhou-type vase, Ming Dynasty, of globular form with everted rim and twin ribbed loop handles, decorated in colours with bands of stylised flowers and foliage, 16.5cm high.
