A ridge of glaze to the upper surface from where it was dipped in glaze. Presented in a Japanese wooden box. Diameter of bowl 20.75cm. Provenance: From the collection of the late Brian Page (1938-2018), a well-known Oriental collector and dealer from Brighton UK. Purchased on a buying trip to Japan during the 1980's.
