A Chinese porcelain celadon glazed charger, probably late Ming, 17th century, the incised decoration with a central flower within a border of flowers and scrolling foliage, on a short part glazed circular foot, 14¼in. (36.2cm.) diameter.* Condition: Some glaze rubbing to central flower. No chips or cracks. Two small unglazed bubbles to glaze to rim, and several others to underside.
A Chinese porcelain famille rose punch bowl, Qianlong period (1736-1795), painted with polychrome enamels with two goats and a fir tree in a fenced garden, the opposing side and interior with a peony bloom, a diaper border to the inner rim, 9¼in. (23.5cm.) diameter, hairline to rim.* Condition: 4in long hairline from rim. Some glaze scratching to interior. Painted decoration VG, with just very minor gilt wear.

A small European-decorated Chinese blanc de Chine chocolate pot c.1690, the pear-shaped body painted in London with panels of Chinese figures at various pursuits in garden and interior settings, the rim with flower sprays, the grooved handle and short spout with a stylized floral motif, the cover lacking, a chip to the spout, 10.1cm. Large quantities of Chinese porcelain were imported into Europe from Dehua at the turn of the 18th century, but this shape is an unusual survival.
A Worcester octagonal soup plate c.1780, after a Chinese famille verte original, painted with a bird perched upon a fencepost beneath a pine tree entwined with flowering wisteria, a jardinière upon a table beside and a further bird in flight above, the rim with phoenix in flight between peony sprays reserved on a green ground, the underside of the rim with further peony sprays, a rim section broken out and restuck, 25.5cm. CHINESE PORCELAIN. A Chinese eggshell porcelain bowl, with Anhua or 'Secret' decoration of two dragons & other motifs. Six character mark to base. Diameter 12.5cm. Height 5.9cm. Provenance: Purchased by the vendor's grandfather in Hong Kong, when he was working there as an engineer & builder of dams. He collected antique oriental ceramics. The vendor's aunt inherited them in the early 1960's & they were stored in a bank vault. The vendor inherited them just prior to the aunt's death.
