A large collection of 19th Century Chinese famille-rose porcelain to include a pair of baluster shaped jars and covers, thirteen saucers, eight large cups, eight small cups and five dinner plates, together with five small Chinese porcelain salts decorated with bird amongst flowers on a green ground CONDITION REPORTS All items have some wear and scuffs. Various undulations and variations to the potting / shapes of the items. One vase cracked and large section missing from rim, both lids chipped and one with losses to dog of fo. All large cups, except 1, are damaged and have some losses. All small cups, except 2, are damaged and have some losses. All plates with some chips and 1 plate broken and rivetted, 2 plates broken and with losses, 1 plate with section missing from rim, and one plate with small chips. Saucers have some chips but are generally in reasonable order. Various designs / scenes. Colour variations - particularly to the smaller cups and saucers which are of a brighter (less muted) colour.
An Edison Gem phonograph, a "The Wolf" safety lamp by William Maurice of Sheffield, a deed dated 1898, an early 20th Century Chinese porcelain ginger jar decorated with prunus blossom, an Oriental porcelain bowl, a Continental porcelain geese shaped dish, a Gien pottery moon flask, a wash bowl and a floral cylindrical vase CONDITION REPORTS Edison case has damage and losses with warping, lifting and losses, separating at joins. Phonograph has flaking and rusting, and it is not known whether or not it is complete nor whether in working order - please see photos for details. Moon flask has broken neck, ginger jar has chips and cracks, Oriental bowl has chips, dish is broken, repaired and fillered, Wolf lamp has some tarnish, knocks and dents. Other items with some damage and crazing.
