A pair of Chinese export porcelain grisaille and gilt plates with Aurora in her chariot, Qianlong, 18th C. Dia: 23 cm. Aurora in her chariot, drawn by two winged horses beside a bird, all amongst clouds and in the morning sun, encircled by two different panels, one with a sheep and a dog beside a tree, and one with love birds. Ca. 1745. Provenance: A private collection of Chinese export porcelain, Antwerp.
