A pair of early 19th century Chinese Export porcelain tea cups, each pained in enamels with an interior scene with a female noble and attendants and with opposing landscape within a shaped border, height 6.5cm, unmarked, a further pair of Famille Vert tea cups painted with a butterfly amongst floral sprays, diameter 7cm and a further example painted with confronting cockerels, circular stamp to the base "Made in China" (5). CONDITION REPORT: The pair of Export cups have some surface wear and scratches, rubbing to the gilt, one has two tiny old chips to the edge of the rim, the other has a tiny chip to the edge of the base. The Famille Vert examples are generally in good condition with one of the cups has manufacturing imperfections to the upper part, a chip and a hairline spreading from the rim, the other has some manufacturing imperfections to the base. Cockerels example is in good condition.
A late 19th/early 20th century Chinese porcelain bowl, painted in underglaze blue with two confronting dragons flanking a pearl of wisdom amongst clouds, diameter 24cm, a further bowl painted in underglaze blue with fish amongst water plants to the inside and with café au lait to the outside, diameter 10cm, both with differing four character marks to the bases, a smaller similar example, unmarked, a green incised enamel decorated bowl with square seal mark to the base, a similarly decorated rice cup and saucer and a Republic style hand painted cup cover/soy sauce bowl, diameter 10.5cm (6). CONDITION REPORT: The dragon bowl has several nibbles to the rim, Fish decorated bowl has a hairline crack spreading from the edge of the rim, an area to the edge of the base where is may have been slightly cut down to one side. Smaller brown glazed example appears to be good with a few areas of glazing imperfections to the upper part. The other three bowls appear to be in good condition with general wear commensurate with age.
A Chinese porcelain green monochrome glazed bottle vase, height 12.5cm, a similarly glazed double gourd example, a further double gourd orange glazed example, height 9cm, a pair of mid 20th century yellow glazed bottle vases with moulded floral decorated, marked to bases, height 13cm and two further vases (7). CONDITION REPORT: The green glazed bottle vase has two areas of chips to the rim and some imperfections to the base. The green double gourd also has a single chip to the rim with a small hairline spreading from it. The orange gourd example has a shallow chip to the glaze and a similar area to the inside to the base rim. One of the pair of vases has a small crack to the edge of the rim with a hairline spreading from it, the other is in good condition. Yellow vase painted with auspicious object has a reglued damage to the top of the neck. Miniature twin handled vase has some firing imperfections and staining to the surface.
A group of eight Chinese porcelain footed bowls to include four turquoise glazed examples each painted in enamels with various scenes on scroll and floral grounds, the largest 17 x 12cm, also a quatrilobed example on circular base with character seal mark, 13.5 x 13.5cm, and a celadon glazed example painted to interior with carp amongst water plants, with crimped rim, diameter 13cm (8).
EXTRA LOT: A Chinese porcelain part dinner service, decorated birds, flowers and foliage, each piece with a four character mark (approx. 40 pieces) Condition report Report by GH Wear to quite a lot of the detailing on the birds and flowers and also to the gilt rims. One of the second largest bowls has a small rim chip, as does one of the larger bowls and one of the small side plates. Otherwise generally a few small firing spots, a couple of small rim chips to the smaller bowls and occasional small nibbles. Overall presents very well with none of the pieces with any major cracks, damages or restoration.
THREE 18TH CENTURY CHINESE 'QIANLONG' PORCELAIN TEAPOTS of bullet form with loop handles, two smaller decorated in Famille Rose style with figures and foliage having plain loop handles and spouts, the larger decorated in Rose Mandarin pattern with figures in gardens, having scrolled handle and crabstock type spout. All three unmarked. Approx. 12cm high and 15cm high. (3) CONDITION REPORT: All are rather grubby, the smaller teapots have minor wear but no obvious damage. Suggestion that the cover on one teapot is not a correct match. Larger teapot has significant chips to the cover and wear to the knop, hair crack to the body, visible from the interior, general surface wear commensurate with age.
TWO CHINESE PORCELAIN TEAPOTS of bullet form, one 18th Century, overall painted with 'Deutsch Blumen' pattern of flowers and scaled panels, the other overall decorated with continuing band of figures in a garden in 'Guangxu' style with underglaze blue apocryphal 'Qianlong' seal mark to the base. 19th Century. 14cm high and 15cm high approx. (2) CONDITION REPORT: Both are rather dirty with wear and minor frits commensurate with age but no serious damage or losses.
PAIR OF 19TH CENTURY CHINESE PORCELAIN BALUSTER SHAPED GINGER JARS AND COVERS in Kangxi style, decorated with reserved panels of birds amongst foliage on an overall blue scaled ground with prunus blossom. Covers with similar decoration. Underglaze concentric circle marks to bases. 26cm high approx. (2) CONDITION REPORT: One appearing good with only minor surface wear and odd nicks in places, the other has a badly broken cover which has been very basically stuck back together, the body of the vase has a chip and two extending hair cracks from the neck.
PAIR OF YELLOW GROUND, CHINESE PORCELAIN, BALUSTER SHAPED VASES, with cylinder necks and flared bases, overall decorated with incised, reserved, white ground figures within landscapes with prunus blossom between geometric and foliate bands. The bases with six character, Kangxi underglazed blued Nian Hao. (2) 24cm high. CONDITION REPORT: One has firing blemish to inner neck, both have surface wear commensurate with age but no evident damage, restoration or losses.

A mixed lot of 19th Century porcelain comprising an Imari design part tea set, a part tea set with applied leaf design, a pair of blue and white coffee cans and a pair of Chinese porcelain dishes, diam. 27cm. Condition - chip to one chinese dish, minor chips to tea sets but generally good, imari set: bowl cracked and repaired, hairline to one dish, teapot with hairlines and unrepaired cracked lid, hairline to stand, three cups with minor hairlines, no chips, general wear to decoration.
