A Chinese canton porcelain teapot, painted with figures 14cm high, in woven and lined case 20cm highThe case is damaged in multiple areas with the inside lining stained and ripped. The teapot has fading to the gilding and decoration with scratches on the surface removing the glaze in some areas. Tea staining to the lid and inside of the teapot. Chipping to the rim, base and spout. Some removal of glaze. See images

Fading to gilt on the handle and minor chipping along the handle rim with some discolouration. One with a small hairline crack measuring 2mm inside the handle recess.One tea bowl with rubbing to gilding. Some dirt along the rim with a puncture mark and the removal of glaze in the dish.Second tea bowl with rubbing to the gilt throughout. Some scuffing along the rim and some areas of dirt.
*** CATALOGUE AMENDMENT *** These are late 18th century English tea bowls and saucers, not Chinese as originally catalogued. A set of five 18th century porcelain tea bowls and saucers: each hand-decorated with figures in the famille rose palette. Together with a similar period tea bowl decorated with a floral spray and floral springs. (11)Three of the tea bowls from the set, the similar tea bowl and all five of the saucers are in good condition, with no damage. One of those four tea bowls does have a small firing crack beneath the glaze to the rim.Two of the tea bowls from the set have a rim chip and one also has a large hairline and star crack.
A pair of 19th century two-handled Chinese porcelain vases: the lips with Greek-style key frets above slightly waisted necks; decorated in enamels with peony, chrysanthemum and birds flanked by stylised chilong dragons (as handles), further key fret border above a band of ruyi heads and stiff leaves; the bodies decorated with figures within four vertical rectangle panels interspersed by various flowers and insects; a further band of stiff leaves below and each raised on slightly spreading circular foot;the decoration against a celadon glaze ground. (34 cm high) (Some minor damage) * Condition report: Both vases have some gilt wear. One vase has a small hole to the edge of one of the figural panels, but has no other faults. The other vase has a piece missing from the lower end of one handle, with no other faults.
A Chinese porcelain stick-stand of cylindrical form and decorated in enamels with prunus blossom (23.5 cm in diameter and 62cm high)The stick stand is in good condition overall, with no chips, cracks, hairlines or other damage. No restoration. There are just a few small scratches to the exterior glaze.
