(7cm.) high, 5 7/8in. (14.9cm.) diameter.* Condition: Several chips to footrim. Glaze scratching and a flaw line of matted glaze from the rim to the foot.

(13cm.) high, with hardwood stand.* Condition: Small glaze chip to one lower corner. Old tape residue to stopper and neck. No other faults - good condition.

(10.8cm.) high; together with a small powder blue glazed brush pot, with gilt rim, probably 19th century, 3 3/8in. (8.6cm.) high. (3)* Condition: The smaller reticulated brushpot with hairline glaze crack to one corner of the top. Similar glaze cracks to three corners of the larger reticulated brushpot. Two glaze chips to the edges of the blue brushpot (due to bubbles in the porcelain beneath).

A Chinese porcelain bat and shou Doucai saucer Jiaqing six character seal mark in underglaze blue and probably of the period (1760-1820), the interior decorated with a central group of three peaches and four shou symbols at the cardinal points within double concenctric circles, surrounded by eight bats and clouds, the exterior with three ruyi fungi between double concentric lines, old collection label to base, 5 5/16in. (13.5cm.) diameter.* Condition: Some glaze rubbing to the high points of the enamelled decoration to the interior well and some tiny glaze scratches. Small rub to one shou symbol. Tiny glaze bubble flaw to the rim edge. No other faults - no chips, glaze frits, glaze cracks or hairlines. In good condition overall.

A fine pair of Chinese porcelain lotus bird feeders probably 18th century, of barrel form, painted in underglaze blue and red and green enamels with lotus flowers and leafy scrolls, between latticework diaper borders, the bases painted with the Shou symbol for longevity, 5.5cm. high, 5.5cm. diameter plus handle. (2)* Condition: A few small glaze scratches to the exterior. No other faults - very good overall.

A Chinese blue and white porcelain miniature table or stand probably 19th century, the rectangular top with everted corners, on shaped bracket feet, painted with a crane in flight amidst clouds, the sides with a dentil band, 6.1cm. long, 1.9cm. high.* Condition: Tiny glaze frit to one corner. Otherwise in good condition, with no other faults.

Lot 199

A pair of small Chinese blue and white porcelain square section water droppers probably 18th century, painted with displays of precious objects between double concentric lined borders, the slightly outset tops with a water dropper aperture to one corner and larger central hole for brush washing, painted with prunus and cracked ice decoration, on shallow, L-shaped feet, 3 7/8in. (9.9cm.) high, alterations, probably original with stoppers. (2)* Condition: Both have a large hole to the top, probably for brush washing, which has two cut-outs to locate lugs on a stopper - the edge has been subject to alteration, as it is later painted black over unglazed pottery 'fill' to chamfer the original inset stopper rim, allowing a bevelled edge to be created which has been painted black. This was probably to convert for use as small vases at some time. There are a few a chips to the black painted pottery infill showing the earlier porcelain beneath.Otherwise, there are some glaze chips around the top edges of both, and a chip to one corner of both.

Lot 200

Two similar Chinese porcelain blue and white tea caddies probably 19th century, each of rectangular form with relief moulded decoration of dragons, one amidst flowers and leafy scrolls with conforming floral panels to the sides and the shoulder with floral painted decoration, 5in. (12.7cm.) high, the other amidst clouds, the sides with three bats and clouds, painted clouds to the shoulder, 5¼in. (13.25cm.) high, both with hardwood covers and stands. (6)* Condition: Two tiny glaze frits to top edge of the slightly larger caddy. Otherwise good, with just a little glaze scratching and small firing flaws to the necks. The covers and stands probably later.

A Chinese export porcelain blue and white teapot and warming stand Qianlong period (1736-1795), of drum form with moulded bamboo decoration, straight, tapered spout and interlaced ribbon handle, the cover with gilt berry finial, painted overall with lake landscapes with a bridge, pagodas and temples, the rim with diaper and foliate band, the stand similarly decorated with a ruyi, cell and Greek key border to the pierced top, the teapot 9 5/8in. (24.5cm.) long, overall height 7½in. (19cm.). (2)* Condition: Very good condition - no chips, cracks or other faults. Very minor gilt wear.

Lot 203

A Chinese porcelain famille rose Compagnie-des-Indes figure of a horse and rider 18th century, the rider in a green coat, on a stout, short-legged horse with head inclined to the left, painted with rose pink flowers, a red-brown bridle and dark grey mane, tail and hooves, 5 3/8in. (13.6cm.) high, faults.* Condition: Chip to tip of both of the horse's ears, the loop on the left side of the bridle and the rider's right foot and one finger on his left hand. No other faults.

A Chinese porcelain famille verte jaune figural brush washer of a gentleman and toad 20th century, the reclining figure beside a large, mottled green toad, holding a red lotus root in his right hand, 2¼in. (5.75cm.) high.* Condition: Small chips to front edge of lotus root and glaze scratching to toad. A few small glaze rubs to hair and trousers. Otherwise good, with no other faults.

A fine quality Chinese eggshell porcelain bowl enamelled with cranes in flight amidst clouds, below a band of stylised hearts, Greek key foot, central inner roundel with dragon amidst foliage, four character Qianlong mark but Republic period, 20th century, remnants of old label to inside surface, 6 3/8in. (16.3cm.).* Condition: No chips, hairlines or cracks found, remnants of old labels adhered to porcelain.

(2)* Condition: One with restoration to back cushion, some light rubbing to edges, pleasing to the eye.

(20.2cm.) high. (2)* Condition: One with two small chips to the lower edge of the glazed section above the foot. The other with several tiny chips and a number of glaze flakes to this area. Some small glaze scratches. No other damage or faults.

(12cm.) high.* Condition: Several small chips to inside edge of rim. Some gilt wear. No other faults.

A Chinese porcelain 'Three Goats' blue and white saucer dish Qianlong period (1736-1795), painted with a farmer and his three goats in a landscape with a pine tree and rocky outcrops, below a diaper and gilt lined border, 6 1/8in. (15.75cm.) diameter.* Condition: Very good condition, with no cracks, chips or other faults. Minor gilt wear to rim and a few tiny glaze scratches to upper surface. A few spots of kiln dust and bubbles in glaze from firing.

A Chinese export blue and white porcelain octagonal tureen and cover Qianlong period (1736-1795), with twin dog's head handles, painted with two deer on the shores of a lake with pine trees, ruyi fungi and a distant pagoda, above a diaper border to the flared foot, the cover similarly decorated with dog finial, 8in. (20.2cm.) high, 13in. (33cm.) long.* Provenance: Woolley & Wallis, Salisbury, 19th May 2011, Lot 552* Condition: Small firing crack inside rim. Some glaze fritting to the raised, moulded line just above the flared base (this is probably from the making). Dog finial has a small chip to one ear and some glaze scratching. No other faults.

(21.6cm.) diameter, repair to rim.* Condition: Restoration to rim - two pieces have been off and have a glued repair with retouches in paint along the breaks and to associated rim ships. Some glaze scratching to inside reserve. No other faults.

A Chinese porcelain famille rose 'Lucky' bat and peach brush washer probably 19th century, turquoise glazed interior, 4 3/8in. (11.2cm.) long, fitted wooden stand, a/f.* Provenance: Francois Duhau de Berenx Antiques, Kowloon, Hong Kong, 1967. Copy of original invoice with lot.** Condition: Firing flaw to one side of rim of the peach bowl, where it meets the bat's wing - the rim has been indented downwards and pushed outwards slightly, presumably from contact with another piece in the kiln. The bat's lower jar has been broken off and is missing. Patch of heavy kiln dust to turquoise glaze to bottom of bowl and glaze crazing throughout to the turquoise glaze. Some gilt wear. In the photos, a tiny pale spot can be seen to the left side of the bowl rim - this is a tiny spot where the pink glaze is missing, showing the paler colour beneath - it is not a chip or glaze flake.

Copy of original invoice with lot.** Condition: glaze rubbing to right hind on one, light surface wear, overall good.

(21.6cm.) high, wooden stands.* Provenance: Francois Duhau de Berenx Antiques, Kowloon, Hong Kong, 1967. Copy of original invoice with lot.** Condition: Extensive glaze wear to both beaks and legs. Some glaze scratches around the bases and several scratches to wing of one of parrots. The other figure has a vertical firing crack beneath the glaze to the front of the base. No other faults, no restoration.

Copy of original invoice with lot.** Condition: Good condition overall.  Tiny flake from edge of base to one bowl (see photo) and a tiny glaze frit to side of same bowl. Some glaze scratches to turquoise interior glaze. Some gilt wear to rims. No other faults and no restoration.
