The planter on four feet decorated with butterflies in a garden scene with floral blooms, together with a fitted tray decorated pith turquoise, pink and yellow enamels. 21cm tall x 23cm wide. Finely potted with rounded sides and gently everted rim, decorated with continuous floral sprays in green, white and purple enamel on a white ground with gilt rim. Shende Tang zhi mark to base in iron red. With wooden display stand. Bowl 20cm diam. Good overall condition with no signs of damage or repair. Minor rubbing to gilt rim to note.

Six character mark of Guangxu to base. 13.8cm diam; Together with a powder blue and famille verte decorated jar and cover featuring panels of figures, carp and floral sprays. 13cm tall. (2)Bowl with minute nick to rim leading into a very faint vertical hairline measuring approx. 3.5cm. The jar in good overall condition with only firing defect around the join at neck, cover also in good condition.

Of baluster form with large pierced dragon handles decorated with ladies at leisure in bat and peach cartouches on a cloud and floral ground. With six character marks of Qianlong to base. 46cm tall. A PAIR OF CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN LOTUS CUPS, GUANGXU MARK. Each cup in the form of a lotus blossom with incised overlapping petals covered in a graduating pink glaze outlined in black enamel with a hollowed lime green glazed stem handle leading into a pierced circular aperture in the well of the cup. The handle inscribed 'Da Qing Guangxu jiu nian Anhui Taihu fujin qiucao jinian bei', commemorating the autumn military exercises held near Taihu in Anhui in the ninth year of Guangxu reign. 17.5cm and 18.5cm length. Large single staple joining the two damaged sections. With hairlines into the body from the rim. Defect and glaze loss to the interior over the metal staple repair.

A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN DISH, MING DYNASTY. Decorated with a twisted peach tree in garden scene with floral scroll to the exterior. Jiajing period (1522–66), 13.7cm diam. Together with a book: Chinese Blue and White Porcelain from the Oriental Ceramic Society of Hong Kong, Exhibition of Chinese blue and white porcelain and related underglaze red. A similar dish is reference on page 39, item 53 as well as an illustration on page 69, no. 39.The dish in good condition with no signs of damage or repair, no cracks or chips. The book used but in good condition.
A LARGE CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN DISH, 18TH CENTURY. The dish with octagonal lobbed sides with panels depicting garden scene with Long Elizas and floral decoration, Kangxi period (1662-1722). The dish mounted in a later elaborately carved gilt wood frame. Dish approx. 34cm. The frame 49cm total diam. The dish was some minor crazing to interior with no signs of any major damage or repair. No signs of cracking with only minor nicks at rim visible to underside. The dish has not been removed from the frame.

The first decorated with a central bouquet of flowers surrounded by peony sprays; Together with a pair of smaller dishes, each with deep rounded sides decorated with lady and boys in a landscape scene. Qianlong export ware (1736-95). 22.5cm and 12.2cm diam. (4)Larger dishes with slight coloured in chips around the rims with no cracks or signs of repair. The smaller dishes, one with minute chip leading into a faint 1.5cm hairline. The other with a faint 1.5cm hairline. Both with minor fritting.

EIGHT CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE NANKING CARGO PORCELAIN TEA BOWLS, 18TH CENTURY, WITH SIGNED COPY OF CHRISTIE'S CATALOGUE. The cups decorated with coastal scenes, circa 1750, approx. 6.5cm diam (8). Sold with a copy of the original hardback catalogue from Christie's Amsterdam 'The Nanking Cargo Chinese Export Porcelain and Gold' 1986 sale, signed on page 9 by Captain Michael Hatcher himself, who famously salvaged the hoard from the Geldermalsen, a VOC ship that sank on its homeward journey in 1752. Together with the original Christie's sale invoice, the realised price list form the sale, customs paperwork, together with a poster featuring the cover image of the sale. Provenance: Purchased from Christie's Amsterdam, May 5th 1986, Lot number 5130. (10) One bowl with L shaped hairline to body. No repairs. Catalogue in good condition.
