The Cantonese dish has been smashed and re-glued with restorations and museum repairs (staples).The smaller of the blue and white bowls has a hairline crack. The larger bowl also has a hairline crack and the rim is nibbled.

Condition report One minor edge chip at a sharp point, otherwise very nice condition.
A CHINESE EXPORT PORCELAIN COFFEE POT AND COVER, the reeded body painted with blue insects and flowers, on a spreading foot, Qing Dynasty, Qianlong (1736-1795), the cover with later silver mounts, 25.5cm high. Condition report Chip to spout under mount, also a small chip on the cover at the spout tip. Some small chipping on the inside of the cover rim under the mount, an underglaze chip on foot rim, some areas of wear to the surface of the glaze.

Condition report Chipping to borders on all but one piece, ranging from very small chips to more noticeable surface border chips on others. Rubbing to gilding particularly on borders. Mild scuffing to surfaces throughout.

(4). Condition report One large example with several flakes of enamel missing, inside on rim and on outside wall. Duck- condition good.

Condition report Stand: heavy rubbing, gilding on rim. Heavily worn and small enamel losses. Imari dish: 5cm hairline crack from rim. Small rim chip, gilding rubbed. Soup bowls: some rubbing and chips on rims.

See illustration. Condition report Extensive riveted crack running half-way round the rim and neck. One coil at side of one lion mask chipped off. Glaze grazed on both lion masks. Firing faults throughout and on foot rim.

A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN ELEPHANT JOSS STICK HOLDER, modelled standing with turned head, with orange hide and floral saddle and cloth, Qing dynasty, 19th century, 18cm high x 16cm long. Condition Report Nozzle previously broken into numerous pieces- crudely re-stuck, some pieces missing. Some enamel loss.
A Chinese porcelain yuhuchunping vase, painted in underglaze blue with two five clawed dragons amongst clouds with floral decorated border, bearing painted six character mark to base, height 31cm. Formerly with 'Oriental Ceramic Society Exhibition Label' dated 1947 (or 49) to base.Provenance: from a local private family collection. CONDITION REPORT: Some natural pitting flaws to the body of the vase and very light surface wear however it is free from chips, cracks and restoration. Originally there was a paper label to the base which the vendor removed before presenting it for auction although we do have a photograph showing it attached to the vase. We are unsure of the age however we can advise that it has been with the current vendor for over 50 years.

A late 18th/early 19th century Chinese porcelain plate, painted in underglaze blue with four warriors fighting, within a band of bats on scroll ground, bearing Kangxi four character mark to base, diameter 19.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: There is a chip to the rim and a hairline spreading from it and three other areas of hairlines.
A pair of Chinese Republic Jiangxi Ciye Gongsi porcelain bowls, painted in iron red with roundel depicting a phoenix, with geometrical band in blue and pink to the shaped rim, decorated with two dragons chasing the pearl of wisdom amongst clouds, bearing six character mark and E. Owens Antiques of Liverpool wax seal to the base, diameter 16cm. CONDITION REPORT: There is a firing flaw to one of the bowls which feels like a chip and has been gilded, this is a flaw in production rather than damage. Some pitting to glaze and rubbing to gilding and decoration.

CONDITION REPORT: Both plates have some chips and areas of fritting to the rims, the larger plate with hairline spreading from one of the chips.
