An original 1964 dated Vietnam War era British Army issue MK V Martindale Galok / Machete knife as used by Australian and New Zealand troops in Vietnam. The machete having a black Bakelite handle and bolo shaped machete blade dated 1964 with broad arrow mark to the ricasso and Martindale crocodile makers mark. Housed in a brown leather scabbard. Measures approx 52cm.
A Franklin Mint made John Wayne US American Armed Forces Commemorative non-firing .45 automatic handgun / pistol replica. The black polished body of the gun engraved with a copy of the actors signature and individual serial number JW 10999. Displayed in a wooden frame and supported by two 45 gun case shells. Five medallions are attached the display under the gun and represent Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. Frame measures approx 32x36x4cm.

Appears to be a British captured book, which has been filled in by a British soldier to the front page, under occupation is written 'Bowling' and the name is signed ' Heil Hitler!' with a reference to the 12th Panzer Division, dated 1945. The book is seemingly otherwise unused. Unusual item.

Interesting piece of WW1 history.

The flag of typical form, with individually stitched stars (48). The seam marked ' TP 452 ' and stamped ' 44 ' (presumably the date of 1944). With nickel grommets to either end. The flag worn, and generally AF - history is unknown, but an interesting period flag nonetheless. Measures approx; 59cm x 84cm.

A scarce original WWI First World War British Army Trench Sniper's armour plating plate. Typical iron form, with a central hole (the hole significantly enlarged by shell damage). Later professionally painted to the front with a highly detailed First World War memorial which includes the dates 1914-1918, a depiction of the Mons Star medal, photograph of a soldier and other such items. All hand painted to an expert level. A very impressive and poignant display piece. Measures: 62cm x 32cm.

The post war 1950's Kukri knife of usual form marked to the ricasso WSC 51 for Wilkinson Sword Company. The slouch hat with pleated puggaree to the rim dated 1943 to the inside leather headband.
