An early 20th century leaded stained glass window panel, in the manner of Margaret Agnes RopeDepicting a figure holding a lyre, the base inscribed Remember ye Wandril Maurice Churchill Major 12th Cavalry Indian Army who died of wounds 4th November 1918 and to who's dear memory this window is placed here by his wife. 109 cm wide.Note: This lot and the following thirteen lots (Lots 841-854 inclusive) were removed from the hall of St. Peter's Church, Broadstairs, Kent, which has sculptural decorations by Ellen Mary Rope. CONDITION REPORTS: Generally in good condition, some general wear, dirty.
