The seam marked LCI(L) 489 (partially illegible due to damage). The flag well worn, and generally AF with rips to the seam and other places. Measures approx; 166cm x 300cm.

Enclosed within a circle of blue. Measures approx; 80cm x 83cm. Origin unknown.The 95th Aero Squadron was an Air Service, United States Army unit that fought on the Western Front during World War I. It was the first American pursuit (fighter) squadron to fly in combat on the Western Front, beginning on 8 March 1918.
Rare Third Reich Full Parade Senior Forestry Official from Baden / Hesse Brocade Belt and Buckle, fine example with all the gilt wash finish remaining to the buckle, in the form of a winged NSDAP style eagle with swastika within a wreath of oakleaves. German army style officers brocade belt with press stud poppers being marked “PRYM”. Complete with the gilt keeper. A very rare example worn only by the officials from the Principality of Baden and state of Hesse before the introduction of the standard forestry officials parade belt. Short lived example believed to be worn only between 1937 and 1938.
WW2 German Army Officers Deluxe Pattern Dagger Hanging Straps, superb pair of deluxe pattern brocade hanging straps for the German army officers dress dagger. Oakleaves and acorns relief to the lower clips and the top fitting which is also marked “DRGM”. Leather strengthened patches to the top section of the brocade which is another feature of full deluxe hangers.
8x WW2 German Signals Blitz Arm Badges, fine examples of the embroidered lightning bolt insignias worn by signallers in the various sections of the German army in WW2. Three Afrikakorps examples, one in wool and the other two in twill material. Also accompanied by two German army trade / proficiency patches. All generally good condition. (10 items)
WW2 German Kriegsmarine M-40 Steel Combat Helmet, untouched example of a Kriegsmarine (Navy) single decal steel combat helmet. The helmet retains much of the original field paint finish and much of the original gold decal remains to the helmet. Interior has the original leather liner which is dry in places and some sections of the tongues are missing. Complete with its original but damaged chinstrap. Shell is stamped “SE66” and “9810”. Good untouched example. The decal appears to be consistently gold, unlike the toned army decals which show a difference in colour shade of the decal.
WW2 German Army Helferin (Female Helpers) Overseas / Side Cap, fine grey cloth overseas cap with white and green twist cord piping to the crown and front section. Bevo German army side cap eagle fitted to the front. Interior with white cotton cloth lining and leather forehead section. One small section of piping missing but otherwise a good example of a scarce item of headdress for the German army.

Accompanied by an aluminium Luftwaffe other ranks combat belt buckle marked to the reverse “N&H”; 1914 Iron Cross 2nd class; Feldpost envelope and letter; American awards and identity bracelet of the soldier who took the items as souvenirs (War Booty).
