Russia, Order of St. Anne, Civil Division, Third class Breast Badge, in gold and enamel, by Julius Kiebel, gold suspension loop and ring, 32.5mm diam., hallmarked 56 [14ct] and K, original ribbon, in red leather case of issue with gold-blocked lettering, and original printed paper wrapper. Choice extremely fine. The wrapper is named in ink "Le Cte de Baillet" and it has been suggested that this could be Count Henri de Baillet-Latour (1876-1942) the Belgian born third President of the International Olympic Committee.
