A 19th century diamond solitaire ring, the old cushion-shaped diamond is set within gold scroll surround, size K Family tradition dictates that the ring belonged to Empress Zinat Mahal (1823 - 1886) of Dehli, and was acquired by Capt. George Fraser during Indian Rebellion, 1857. Thence by descent to its current owner. Accompanied by an affidavit and a transcribed letter from Capt. George Fraser, detailing the ring's provenance.

A heliodor and diamond-set stylised hourglass ring with matching earrings by Geoffrey Rowlandson, the ring centred with a baguette-shaped yellow beryl and set with circular-cut diamonds to the corners in 18ct white gold, London marks for 2005, makers mark, size K; with matching heliodor and diamond-set 18ct white gold earrings Geoffrey Rowlandson was born in 1931 into a family of fashion and jewellery designers. The Rowlandson Company began as a means to create bespoke classic jewellery and twenty years ago the Rowlandson Unique Collection was established to create original and innovative pieces of jewellery. Geoffrey's talents were recognised by the Worshipful Company of Goldsmith, earning him 'Jewellery Designer of the Year' twice, 1998-9 and 2002-3, as well as numerous commended awards including 'Me and My Shadow' in 2002 and 'The Royal Christening' in 2014. The Victoria & Albert Museum exhibited his 'Fire and Ice' Tiara in 2002. Three of his pieces including 'Grand Jetι' were again selected for their 2013 Pearl exhibition. More recently in 2014 The Royal Christening brooch was awarded a commendation by The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths.

Bright stones I/J colour, VS clarity. Makers mark F&K, hallmark only London mark and date letter. Central stone, 0.2 carats approximately, PK clarity, I/J colour, other stones weigh 0.16 carats x 2 , 0.5 carats x2, total weight 0.6 carats approximately similar colours and clarities.
COLLECTION OF JEWELLERY comprising: a carved chyrsoprase cross pattée pendant with central seed pearl on a Figaro link back chain, length approximately 400mm; a bar brooch of cross over design set with a circular diamond and ruby, length approximately 46mm; a bar brooch with central oval hard stone cameo within a row of seed pearls(one deficient); a three stone ring set with a central circular sapphire between brilliant cut diamonds, London hallmarks for 18 carat gold 1978, size I 1/2; a five stone diamond ring, size K; and a band ring, Egyptian hallmarks, size J 1/2 (6) ++Chrysoprase pendant has surface reaching fractures, the colour is a bright mid green colour with some white opaque areas and black inclusions. Stamped 18 WF to the reverse. The pendant measures 14mmx12mm approximately. The central pearl is slightly off round with a white body colour and blue/pinkish overtones. The oval cabochon surmount more translucent than the cross plaques. 9 carat gold import marks. Ruby and diamond bar brooch - The diamond measures 4.5mmx4.8mmx2.5mm approximately, gauges as 0.4 carats approximately, PK clarity, I/J colour. The ruby measures 4.4mm5.4mmx2.1mm approximately, bright pinkish stone with surface cavity to table, some silk seen, a lively stone. Stamped 9ct to the reverse, some discolouration. Sapphire and diamond ring- sapphire is dark with a window to the reverse, diamonds are deceptively small as are in white gold illusion settings each gauge at 0.03 carats approximately. Light wear to shank. Cameo ring - Cameo measures 19mmx16mm approximately, two fractures within the stone behind her head also some ridges to the white but both only seen only on close inspection. The reverse is nicely fluted and suggests it might have been a ring earlier. Pearls with surface wear, low lustre, grey to beige body colour. Stamped 9ct. Some discolouration to the side of the cameo. Five ring - each diamond weighing approximately 0.04 carats, total diamond weight 0.2 carats approximately. Mount lightly worn, no apparent discolouration or gold marks/ Band ring 5.5mm wide approximately. Slightly rattles. Light scratching no apparent discolouration.
