Four cabinet plates comprising two Minton examples, the first decorated with bird amongst foliage on green ground and indistinctly signed with impressed mark to base, diameter 24.7cm, and the second painted with dog signed K S Bennett on cream ground with printed mark, also a pierced creamware plate (af) and Coalport (probably) plate both with painted floral and gilt detail, latter no. 2624 to reverse (4). Additional InformationAll with surface scratches and rubbing to painted and gilt detail where applicable to varying degrees, the Minton plate painted with dog particularly displaying losses and scratches to the decoration, Minton bird decorated plate with fairly hollow ring although no visible cracks, the pierced plate with chip to rim which continues to the underside, all with various pitting, kiln dirt, manufacturing imperfections, etc.
