Svazarm / Union for Cooperation with the Army was the largest paramilitary organisation in Communist Czechoslovakia. Great image of two young boys holding a model plane looking up to he sky where military planes fly overhead. Svazarm or Union for Cooperation with the Army, was, in Communist Czechoslovakia, the largest "paramilitary" organisation, although many of the activities that Svazarm provided for its members were more reminiscent of a Boy Scout movement than of a regimented paramilitary group. The 1964 British Grand Prix was a Formula One motor race held at Brands Hatch on 11 July 1964. The event was also designated as the European Grand Prix. It was race 5 of 10 in both the 1964 World Championship of Drivers and the 1964 International Cup for Formula One Manufacturers. A rare Beswick model of a Huntsman, style two, standing, model 1501, designed by Arthur Gredington, issued 1958-1962, the figure with red jacket holding a whip, mounted on a rocking horse grey gloss horse, a/f back right leg broken and repaired, circular black 'Beswick England' stamp to base, painter's number '94' to front left hoof, and 'K' to front right hoof, 22.5 by 7 by 20.5cm high.

Aberdeen - A George III silver toddy ladle, by James Erskine (marked to the reverse with the maker's mark and ‘k’ - lower case in trapezoidal punch), the handle of plain and slightly tapering form engraved; 'To William Gordon Dufftown with the best wishes of the BOYS of Pityvaich Christmasday O.S. 1832' together with masonic symbols possibly indicating a marriage engraved between the Gordon crest and motto (Corde et Manu - a dexter and sinister hand holding up a heart), and the Fraser crest (a buck's head erased), the bowl of semi spherical form, 0.60ozt 16cm (6in) Other Notes: James Erskine was apprenticed to James Smith in 1781 and was admitted as a member of the Hammermen in September 1792, becoming a Goldsmith Burgess in 1796. It is not known when he started his own business, but it seems to be around 1790. It is thought he retired in about 1820 and died in 1824. There is evidence of a marriage between a William Gordon and an Isobel Sime on 26/12/1832 in the parish of Knockando, which is about 12 miles north west of Dufftown. Sime is a Scottish surname that traces back to clan Fraser.
A signet ring once the property of the late Hugh 'Binkie' Beaumont, the rectangular flat topped head featuring the monogram HB, to flared shoulders and plain unhallmarked shank, tested to at least 18ct gold, length of the head 15mm and width 9mm, size K, weight 11.5g Provenance: By inheritance Hugh "Binkie" Beaumont (27 March 1908 - 22 March 1973) was a British theatre manager and producer. He shunned the spotlight so he was not widely known, but he was one of the most successful and influential manager-producers in the West End of London during the middle of the 20th century. His success was based on lavish productions, starry casts and plays calculated to appeal to a West End audience. Among those with whom he was closely associated were Noël Coward and John Gielgud. He served on the board of the new National Theatre during the last decade of his life.
