A 14 carat gold dress ring by Alistair (b. 1948) and Ann Huddart (1946-2008), London 1987, the head formed by four ribbon folds, finger size K? Alistair and Ann Huddart were a husband and wife team designing and making jewellery. Alistair studied at Sir John Cass part time but proclaims to be mainly self taught. He would make the rings by lost wax process, Ann was mainly responsible for making pendants. They began exhibiting circa 1970, and exhibited at the Goldsmiths Hall and Art In Action, Oxford, amongst others. The vendor purchased this ring at one such Goldsmiths Hall exhibition..
