Some restoration the rim of one of the vases, with the cracks and glue apparent to the eye, with crude overpainting, the hairline crack into the vase. All would benefit from a clean. A gas powered vertical steam plant. This large impressively engineered plant stands approximately 47cms in height in total. The wooden clad boiler is approximately 12 cms in diameter (11cms cladding to cladding) and stands 38 cms in height, and is similar to Cheddar examples. The two piston steam plant has a flywheel measuring 14 cms in diameter (5 1/2"), and the the plant bears the initials 'EP' to one end (Ernst Plank????). The base measures approximately 44 cms (L) x 26 cms (D) x 9 cms (H), which has an electrical connect underneath to a vertical lamp, as well as a pipe going into the boiler itselt. The set contains a 4-4-0 clockwork steam locomotive and tender Op.No. 62453 'Prince Charles' in BR green livery; Low Sided Wagon with white Insulated Meat Container; Flat wagon with LEC Cable Load; Five plank wagon LMS 36721; and a 20T Guards Van '837354'. The set comes with key and the locomotive worked when tested. The locomotive is missing a side rail and fastener to one side, and has a fold in the footplate as well as few nicks and chips. Bing - A tinplate L.6 wind-up submarine by Gerbruder Bing. The highly detailed boat which is marked to the deck with the stylised letter 'B' over 'W' (Bing Werke) dates the vessel 1925-1943. The boat, measures approximately 32 cms in length, and features a removable nose cone to reveal the winding point - the key is missing but the mechanism operates when tested. The decals L6 feature on the conning tower, which has a small area of paint loss to one corner. The boat still has its deck gun, deck rails, rigging, mast and flags in place - it appears that a ballast piece is missing from the hull. The boat shows some light surface marks, and patina expected from a craft of this age, appearing to be in Fair Plus - Good condition overall. (This does not constitute a guarantee) (K)

Matchbox - Lesney - A boxed Matchbox Lesney (Regular Wheels) Accessory Pack MG1 'Sales & Service Station'. The plastic garage comes with rear ramp, Esso petrol Pumps, yellow building plus clock. Part of the red plastic base has been overpainted; there is some taping to the front, and the set is missing the 'Esso' sign, otherwise the garage appears to be in Fair Plus - Good condition - the ramp has both fixing lugs to the rear and one of the front lugs is broken. The garage condition would be enhanced with a sympathetic clean. Decals have some age wear but appear bright nonetheless. BCM (Derby) - Cap Guns - A vintage boxed 'Outlaw Guns' toy cap gun set by BCM. The set contains two 'Apache' .44 calibre repeating action cap pistols. The pistols in nickel finish with black moulded grips with star logo appear in Very Good - Excellent condition and have some age related marks. Both fire and operate. The set contains its original Sheriff of 'Tombstone' badge and cleaning brush, but is missing its BP Oil bottle and sets of drum caps. The pistols are encased in a woodgrain effect, moulded velvet lined hinged box which appears to be in Fair Plus condition with a crack to velvet tray, some staining and pencil annotation to lid as well as some age related tears and scuffing.
