The ring is in good condition, one diamond is a modern round brilliant cut replacement, the shank has been resized. It is stamped '18CT', valued as gold. The synthetic sapphire measures 11.3mm x 8mm x 4.76mm approximately. Slight abrasion to the facet edges. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour J/K, clarity SI1/SI2.
