An Hungarian gold signet ring, with a cushion shaped sardonyx tablet, seal engraved with a coat of arms, marked for 0.583 standard, an intaglio engraved oval glass tablet (possibly Roman), rub set in a plain collet, later mounted to two wedding rings, and a continental gold green paste set ring, with relief owls to each shoulder and remnants of black champleve enamel. Marks indistinct, but possibly Portuguese. Finger sizes K-S

Fine 1920s Royal presentation Edward VII 1902 gold £5 coin watch - the back of the hinged watch case finely engraved 'The 26th Annual Scottish Motor Exhibition - Presented to HRH The Prince of Wales. K G. K T. 4th November 1927' and subsequently given by the Prince to his long term mistress Mrs Freda Dudley Ward and inscribed to the inner watch frame 'F D Oct 1927'. The circular gold dial with Arabic numerals and outer minute track, blue steel hands, ultra thin eighteen jewel movement, signed - Stablis Watch Co, hidden within gold £5 piece with concealed release button in edge milling of coin, 35mm diameter. The Prince met Freda Dudley Ward in 1918 and had an eighteen year affair with her until the arrival of Wallis Simpson in 1934. The coin watch obviously made an impression on him as he bought his other great love Wallis Simpson a very similar £5 gold coin watch from Cartier which was sold by Sotheby's in 2010 for £27,500
