(3) Arthur Douglas Pile died on the 21st August, 1917 and is buried in the Divisional Collecting Post Cemetery Extension at Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, in Belgium. King Edward’s Horse was a cavalry regiment of the special reserve and was raised in Chelsea in August 1914.
