A mixed group of cast weights comprising: one flat-section octagonal with incised 'HIN' to the centre of one face; one discoid with raised rim, concentric rings, 'N?' and a cross to one face; one similar with 'N?' and cross in outline; one square with silver-inlaid 'N'. 110 grams total, 13-44mm (1/2 - 1 3/4"). A 9ct yellow gold ring with small diamond set in shaped band, size I, and a small collection of 9ct yellow gold jewellery comprising a belcher chain necklace, length 58.5cm, a ring with high set small diamond stone and pierced shoulders, size M, a floral set dress ring, the central opal surrounded by eight pink stones, size K, a small bright cut wedding ring, size M, a half hoop eternity ring with ten channel set clear stones, size G/H, and a pair of pearl earrings with 9ct butterflies, combined approx 19.8g.
A mixed lot of coins including a William IV half crown, 1834, a Victoria half crown, 1854, young head, a Victoria half crown, 1887, old head, a John of Gaunt Duke of Lancaster half penny, 1791, a restruck Victoria half penny, a J & K token, a card counter, and various commemorative crowns, a 10s note contained in an envelope with details for F. Pilkington, 5th June 1948 from Robert Pickles Ltd, Burnley, detailing holidays with pay fund, also four £1 notes.
