A Victorian 1853 Pattern .577 Calibre Percussion Rifle Musket, the 99cm rifled barrel with hinged ladder rear sight, various inspector's marks and Sold Out of Service arrows, the lock plate with crowned VR, crowned arrow and 1856, walnut full stock with three barrel bands with sprung catches, brass trigger guard and butt plate marked LC/K/41, with steel sling swivels and ramrod, 140cm. Action works, holds at full and half cock. Deep pitting to barrel particularly at the breech and the nipple lug. Bruising to stock.
