A German Franz Hermle striking mantle clock in a heavy cast brass frame with two heavily decorated five branch candelabrum and snuffer garniture, each supported on two handled urns with a base of six feet. The clock has a brass face with individual white porcelain chapters. The frame has a rococo style moulding, a squat baluster finial and heavy supporting fret work with griffons and masks (height of clock 62cm, height of garniture 70cm)

VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Very tarnished and grubby but overall no obvious damage, solid hinge and handle, general wear, minor dinks as expected with age.
