Section 58(2) - no licence required if possessed as a curiosity or ornament.

Regina, United States. Two-piece upright music box cabinet with six 27-inch double comb discs, ca. 1890s. With a crank-wind along the right side and key to lock the cabinet. The interior with a gilt metal bedplate stamped "Regina" and with serial no. 21196. Both the upper and lower cabinets with carved columns; the upper case with a Victorian style carved shell finial. The lower cabinet with a front-fall disc bin.Height: 81 1/2 in x width: 35 in x depth: 15 1/2 in.Condition:The music box is in good condition. The lower drawer and upper door open and close well. Some light wear to the back of the cabinet. No major splits, chips, losses, or repairs. The music box has been tested and runs. The music plays strongly. Not all discs have been tested. The discs are generally discolored. Some discs with some warping or bends.
