Two Staffordshire blue and white jasperware cheese domes with stands, 19th century, unmarked, 16cm and 27cm highFern cheese dish - firing crack to one side of the finial together with some brown discoloration all over. Several stress cracks and firing fractures to the leaves and foliage on the top of the dome, one sliver-like section of one leaf is missing. Interior of dome impressed '7 W'. To the exterior decoration on the dome, there are again several areas of stress fractures to the relief decoration but no obvious missing or broken sections. Base - chip to exterior edge. No further damages, cracks, chips or signs of restoration.Smallest cheese dish - no signs of damages or repair. There is a firing crack to the underside of the base and, similar to the previous dish, numerous areas of stress cracks to the relief decoration on the top of the cover and all around the dome.
A French gilt brass mantel clock, circa 1890-1900, with vase finial and moulded ring handles, the case cast with neoclassical mouldings and raised on four acanthus moulded feet, the 4-inch (10cm) off-white enamel dial having black Arabic numerals around a gilt metal pierced centre roundel, the eight day Japy Freres movement striking on a bell, numbered 17903 with matching number to pendulum, 39.5cm high.Case fair to good with some surface scratches and wear to plates. Moulded elements are good with some minor wear to gilding. Dial appears good. Movement winds, runs and strikes but not tested for timekeeping or longevity.
A George III inlaid oak and mahogany painted dial longcase clock, by Inigo Smith of Wrexham, the hood with swan-neck pediment and door flanked by fluted full columns, the trunk with shaped cross-banded door flanked by fluted quarter column pilasters, the base box with cross-banded panel, the 13" dial having black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, painted with two castle vignettes and flower spandrels, the four-pillar eight-day movement striking on a bell, with pendulum and two weights, 51cm wide x 23cm deep x 204cm high.Pendulum stem has snapped and has no suspension spring, consequently the clock has not been seen to run or tested for timekeeping. Movement appears in good order and does wind and strike, seconds and calendar advance correctly. Dial appears good with typical faint cracklure throughout and some wear/chipping to the paint on the outer edges. Hood lacking central finial, probably originally brass. Base box lacking foot or feet. Case overall fair to good with some cosmetic marks consistent with age and use. Left hand cornice beneath hood has a small loss to the front corner and there is a small chip to the top of the trunk door. A latch has been added to keep the trunk door closed. There is no door key or winder with this clock.

A 19thC silvered bronze mantel clock, in highly elaborate case surrounded by a compressed finial with flower head, raised above a part enamel 11cm diameter Roman Numeric dial, on scroll supports and pierced base terminating in paw feet with French 8 day strike on gong pendulum swung movement, 46cm high, with pendulum and key.
A pair of 19th century walnut veneered gilt brass mounted Guéridon, the radially veneered top above broad frieze with applied gilt brass floral panels, raised on square tapering supports mounted with caryatid figures of females, united by a shaped undertier with centre finial, on brass feet, height 93cm, diameter 60.5cm (2). CONDITION REPORT Overall very pleasing tables. There are some signs of slight splitting and raising of the veneer on the top, more notably on one than the other,. Various other light signs of wear, including scratches, stains, fading, etc, but overall not detrimental to the pieces at all.
