The single-hand 10 inch (25.5 cm) square brass dial having a silvered chapter ring encircling a silvered centre engraved with sailing boats & a small tower, and signed William Winston Hereford. The corners adorned with scrolling Rococo spandrels. The case having a caddy top hood surmounted by a stepped finial, with integral pillars flanking the hood door. Standing on a moulded plinth base 86½ ins (220 cms) in height.

A Georgian Oak 'Rocking-Ship' Longcase Clock with eight day movement. The 13 inch (33 cm) painted dial with chapter ring encircling subsidiary seconds dial & calendar aperture. The arch top depicting a coastal scene with castle and housing a rocking-ship. The hood having a swan neck pediment with rosette terminals flanking a brass urn finial. The arched & glazed door inlaid with ornamental stringing and fronted by two slender fluted pillars. The cavetto moulded cornice above a cross-banded trunk door with shaped top inlaid with chequer stringing and an ebony & boxwood compass star, flanked by recessed fluted quarter columns. The moulded base having corresponding inlay and terminating on low bracket feet. 89 ins (226 cms) in height, 16½ ins (42 cms) wide, 9 ins (23 cms) deep.
An 18th Century Walnut Pole Screen. The rectangular tapestry screen depicting a huntress & hound in a moulded frame with carved foliate corners. The pole surmounted by an urn finial and standing on a tripod base; the outswept legs carved at the hip with a shell motif and terminating on pointed pad feet. 63¾ ins (164 cms) in height.
A Fine Late 17th Century Moulded Oak Side Table. The two plank top having cleated ends above a cushion front frieze drawer decorated with pairs of split spindle appliqués, a turned pendant finial to the centre, shaped spandrels and V-shaped mouldings to the sides. The fine inverted cup & astrigal ring turned legs united by peripheral block stretchers and terminating on bun feet, 30 ins (76 cms) high, 33 ins (84 cms) wide and 24 ins (61 cms) deep.
A Late 17th/Early 18th Century Joined Oak Backstool. The twin scroll shaped top rail carved with a flowering plant issuing scrolling leaves surrounding large flower-heads, flanked by pyramid finial uprights. The back panel carved with two dragons flanking a fruiting plant; the foliate scrolls circling flower-heads with bifurcated palmettes. The slightly recessed plank seat with moulded rails above column turned legs joined by peripheral block stretchers.
A Fine & Important 19th Century Bronzed Electrified Gasolier, Circa 1870. The four horizontal bifurcated scroll arms emanating from a central globe and surmounted by dragons & Sarawak warriors holding spears & shields. The reeded central stem having a pointed pendant finial and a canopied upper collar crowned by fanned scallops. Measuring 42 ins (107 cms) in height, 53 ins (135 cms) in width.
Two Continental Pewter Flagons & A Tankard: A large French flagon having a flat hinged lid with a twin acorn finial thumb-piece and a fleur-de-lis stamp on base 12 ins (31 cms) in height. A Double Litre flagon stamped Le Clerc à Lille on the base, measuring 10½ ins (27 cms) in height, and a Litre tankard stamped with initials C.H. on base.

A SUPERB AND RARE PAI R OF 18th/19th CENTURY GILT BRONZE VERSAILLE LANTERNS, of cage form with corona finial above four carytid mounts in the form of Neptune. Each lantern inset with 56 panels of bevelled glass, mounted with shells and lion masks to base. 4 ft high. These lanterns are modelled on the originals which hang in the Palace of Versaille. The originals were first produced in the mid 18th Century. Each panel of glass is unusually bevelled which suggests the lamps are of the highest quality.
