CONDITION REPORT: Minimal rubbing to finial of teapot otherwise appears good with no further obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.
An early 19th century Dutch Delft cup with cover and saucer with moulded fruit finial, overall painted with landscape and with floral and foliate scroll band, marked to base, height 13cm (af). CONDITION REPORT: There are two significant chips to the edge of the cover, also some nibbles to both sides of the rim of the cup, some surface wear including scratches and minor dirt.
An 18th century Chinese porcelain teapot of globular form, painted in enamels with two opposing figural garden scenes within underglaze blue shaped border and floral spray decorated ground, with cover (finial af), length including spout and handle 20cm. CONDITION REPORT: There are minor nibbles and some firing imperfections to the rim of the spout, the finial has been broken off but present, and there are four hairline cracks to the glaze spreading from the centre of the lid. Minor surface wear and dirt.
A 19th century Chinese patinated bronze circular incense burner with overall incised fish scale decoration and band of eight cast animals, probably personifications of eight Buddhist protectors of Chinese Zodiac, with twin handles modelled as dragons, raised on three figural supports, with pierced similarly decorated cover with dragon finial, with seven character rectangular seal mark to the base, height 31cm, width 29cm. CONDITION REPORT: Finial crudely attached to cover but appears to be in manufacture; general surface wear.
A late 19th century Canton carved ivory card case decorated with figures amongst buildings and trees, height 8.5cm, an ivory bookmark decorated with an elephant, and two condiment spoons, one with a bowl made from a two anna coin with elephant finial (4). CONDITION REPORT: 4mm x 1.5mm loss to lid. 3mm fine crack to lid. Overall condition is OK.
