A heavy gold coloured finish metal cased Mantel Clock by ''Hry Marc a Paris'' having an enamelled face with Roman numerals and regulator spindle above the 12 o'clock position, the two train movement by Japy Freres designed for striking on a bell (the bell is absent) but the winding key and pendulum are present, the case features trailing flowering stems and a young lady with a garland over her lap and a dove perched on her left hand, 13 3/4'' tall, 11'' wide x 6 1/4'' deep approx. (turned finial loose), face hairline cracked.

A Chinese famille verte globular ginger jar and cover, the body painted with mother holding child surrounded by attendants, rocky landscape, red bats to the reverse, detachable cover with two figures dancing (repairs to the finial), approx 22cm high overall Condition: No cracks visible to body under light, chips to inner rim, 2 chips to top outer rim, 2 fire cracks to inner rim, slight wear to enamels. Three 19th Century slate mantle clocks comprising: 1) A two-train French 8 day movement striking on the hour and half hour, stamped "Medaille d'Argent 1855 Vincenti & Cie" (with pendulum and key) in a slate case with broken arch supported by corinthian columns, white enamelled dial with Roman numerals, bevelled glass with brass frame door. H 27cm, W 25cm, D 14cm; 2) A two train 8 day movement striking the hour and half hour, with no makers mark, in a French Empire Revival style slate case. The brass dial with Arabic numerals in circular reveals, a bevelled glass and brass framed door. The monumental case with deep plinth, decorated with carved gilt scroll work supporting a body with decorative columns, semi-circular corinthian columned palladium to each side and a pediment with a gilded brass mask - all surmounted by a slated dome with acorn shaped finial. H 40cm, W 40cm, D 11cm; 3) A similar clock with scrolled, gilt brass columns and acanthus leaf scroll work, the dial having a gilt brass centre depicting a Greco-Roman scene, with an ivorine chapter ring bearing Arabic numerals. H 30cm, W 39cm, D 14cm. (3)

Large Meissen porcelain 'Schneeballen' urn and cover of baluster form with branch handles, the domed lid with Parrot finial overall decorated with flowerheads and song birds. 82cm high approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT) Image of mark added. Inexplicably poor condition. Many losses and breaks to birds wings, flowers, branches etc. Parrot on cover has been repaired wing and loss to wing tip. Both birds on base have missing wings, evidence of some old repairs. Main body has haircrack and firing cracks,cover has firing cracks, chips and frits to flower heads overall losses to branches that may have supported a bird. Not perfect - no in-house shipping available on this item.
