A Collection of Miscellaneous: A Victorian oval carved jet cameo locket decorated in relief with a lady's head wreathed in vine. Two leather clad travelling inkwells; one of bucket form, the other in the form of a tomato. Two carved coal ornaments: a teddy bear 2¾ ins (7 cms) high and a chimney sweep 4 ins (10 cms) high. A hinged metal pendant book note cover stamped Est 1869 MUTUAL LIFE OF AUSTRALASIA 5 Lothbury London EC. An intricate relief cast metal plaque depicting an encampment with figures and animals 3¼ ins x 5¼ ins (8 cms x 13.5 cms). A small ceramic scent bottle painted with flowers on a pink ground and having a screw on EPNS lid 1¾ inch (4.5 cms) height. A reclining greyhound inscribed T. Earl, 3¼ ins (8 cms) in length. A carved wooden finial in the form of a bear. A pair of small photograph frames cast with flowers, a bird and grasshopper, 5¼ ins x 4¼ ins (14.5 cms x 11 cms).
A 1930's Brass Newel Post Light and matching hanging lantern. The newel lamp with glazed lantern shade having a peaked pediment pierced with vents and surmounted by a ball finial, raised on a central rod surrounded by four scrolled straps 30 ins (76 cms) in height. The pendant lantern 14 ins (36 cms) in height.
An early 19th century eight day oak and mahogany cross-banded longcase clock, circa 1830, the hood with a swan neck pediment, with brass ball and pinnacle finials to each side with an eagle finial to centre, the glazed door set between fluted columns, opening to reveal white enamelled painted dial with black Arabic numerals and subsidiary dial, the dial indistinctly signed and reading 'Stourbridge', the case with quarter round columns to sides and a single door opening to reveal a double weighted movement and pendulum, raised on a base section supported on later feet, 230 cm high, 50 cm wide and 25 cm deep.
