An Edwardian early 20th century sterling silver hallmarked tea set with fitted box. The lot to include one tea pot with ebonised wooden handle and finial to the lid, one creamer jug with handle, one sugar bowl with two handles. The three pieces come with engraved initials and date (1904) to the sides and banded detailing to the centre. The Tea pot, the sugar bowl and creamer jug are hallmarked Chester to the base and sponsor marks for William Neale & Sons. Together with mid 20th century sugar tongs Sheffield hallmarked to the base and sponsor marks for Roberts & Belk. The lot weighs approximately 581g. Width of teapot is approx. 23cm, the width of the sugar bowl is approx. 13cm, and the width of the creamer jug is approx. 11cm.
